Built on Experience. Driven by Rigour.

We are Process Engineering professionals with extensive and proven expertise in sour oil and gas processing who spent their careers solving some of the most technically demanding challenges in the oil and gas industry — across the Middle East and the North Caspian region.

We founded PE&T to bring the depth of analysis, the simulation capability, and the operating experience that turns difficult problems into resolved ones.

When you engage PE&T, you are working with engineers who have faced similar conditions before — in high H₂S and CO2 concentrations, under extreme pressures and temperatures, during live plant troubleshooting where the cost of the wrong answer is measured in tonnes of off-spec product per day. We do not generalise from textbooks. We work from a foundation of real plant data, actual operating constraints, and direct experience of what the standards mean in practice.

The result is engineering advice you can act on — with confidence in the analysis that supports it.

OUR APPROACH & PRINCIPLES

① Process Safety is the Foundation

Safety is not a review stage or a checklist item at the end of a project. It is embedded in every design decision — in the process scheme, in the equipment philosophy, in the pressure relief and flare systems, and in the control strategy. We apply API, ISO, IEC, and NFPA standards not as bureaucratic requirements, but as the structured knowledge base of what goes wrong when process engineering is done without adequate rigour.

② Dynamic Thinking for Dynamic Plants

Real plants do not operate at steady state. Start-ups, shutdowns, feed disturbances, equipment trips, and control loop interactions all generate transient conditions that steady-state simulation cannot capture — and that are often the root cause of safety incidents, equipment damage, and production loss. We use dynamic simulation as a primary tool, not a last resort, to study and resolve problems that only reveal themselves when the plant is in motion.

③ Advanced Tools. Practical Answers.

We use state-of-the-art process simulation, dynamic modelling, and data analytics not to produce reports, but to generate actionable engineering decisions. Where conventional analysis produces a recommendation to add a safety factor, PE&T builds the model that resolves the uncertainty — and delivers an answer that can be implemented with confidence. The output is always a recommendation you can act on, not a study that defers the decision.
